Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Letter of Credit Product Advisory Associate within the Commercial Bank to support VPs in end-to-end LC transactions and to interact directly with clients, driving relationship management and seamless product delivery.

You will coordinate with deal team leads, credit, legal, and operations to support credit decisioning, product setup, and execution for customers, preparing client materials and pricing insights.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in Commercial banking, sales, operations, with Trade Finance / Letter of Credit experience.
• Ability to build relationships and develop internal networks for success.
• Strong verbal and written communications for diverse audiences including C-suite.
• Well-organized and structured with ability to meet tight timelines on complex deliverables.
• Experience reviewing, understanding, and/or working with credit partners.
• Knowledge of Foreign Bank Guarantees.
• Experience in front office Commercial Banking.

Responsibilities

• Support VPs in managing a client portfolio and building strong relationships with customers and internal banking teams.
• Advise US Commercial Bank clients and bankers on LC structuring and setup.
• Set expectations on product delivery timelines, requirements, and dependencies.
• Drive end-to-end LC execution by coordinating activities and removing roadblocks.
• Facilitate LC process with client guidance, transparency, and timely updates.
• Act as trusted advisor for LC questions, issues, and exceptions across portfolio.
• Prepare client-facing marketing materials outlining LC offering.
• Report new opportunities and key deal metrics for data capture.
• Analyze LC portfolio by industry/geography for pricing and budgeting insights.
• Coordinate cross-regionally with Banking, Trade Finance, Credit, Legal, and partners.
• Support onboarding/lifecycle (new facility setup, issuance, amendments, cancellations); escalate complex topics.
