Job summary

A leading chemical manufacturing company in Indiana is seeking a Sr. Laboratory Technician for a 12+ month contract. The role requires managing routine maintenance of analytical instruments, particularly LC-MS/MS and GC-MS/MS systems, and involves GLP compliance. Ideal candidates will have significant experience in analytical instrumentation maintenance and troubleshooting. This position operates Monday to Friday, offering a pay rate of $40 to $45 per hour.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience with analytical instrumentation maintenance, cleaning, upkeep, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with quantitative LC-MS/MS for small molecules.
• Ability to follow Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).

Responsibilities

• Manage routine maintenance for LC-MS/MS and GC-MS/MS systems.
• Coordinate with vendors for repairs and upgrades.
• Assist with software upgrades for LC-MS/MS.
• Order supplies for method development.
• Perform routine lab support tasks and maintain records.
• Prepare support documentation per GLP.
