Job summary

Streamsong Golf Resort in Florida is seeking a skilled Laundry Equipment Maintenance Technician to perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on commercial laundry gear including washers, dryers, ironers, folders, and presses. You will inspect, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues to keep resort operations running smoothly.

The role requires a high school diploma (technical training preferred) and 4+ years in commercial laundry

Qualifications

Knowledge of commercial laundry equipment and related mechanical/electrical systems.
Ability to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components.
Understanding of preventive maintenance programs and safety procedures.
Ability to read technical manuals, diagrams, and repair instructions.
Ability to operate maintenance tools and test equipment.
Valid driver’s license may be required.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs on commercial laundry equipment.
Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on laundry equipment and systems.
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues affecting laundry operations.
Document repairs performed, parts used, and parts required for purchase.
Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime.
Follow OSHA regulations and safety policies.
Assist with equipment installations and upgrades as assigned.
Maintain inventory of laundry equipment parts and supplies.
