Job summary

Blue Origin is seeking an experienced Owner's Representative to oversee design, construction, commissioning, and activation of mission-critical launch infrastructure. You will lead scope definition, permitting, procurement, and execution across facilities, coordinating with internal teams, GCs, design firms, and regulatory agencies.

The role requires seasoned construction leadership with responsibility for schedule, budget, safety, quality, and technical performance targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in construction management or project management on large-scale industrial or manufacturing facilities.
• Strong knowledge of CPM for scheduling and managing multi-discipline projects.
• Experience coordinating with government agencies on permitting and approvals.

Responsibilities

• Own all phases of the project lifecycle including permitting, design management, procurement, construction execution, and commissioning.
• Develop project management plans with requirements, scope, cost baselines, and schedule.
• Prepare RFPs and SOWs for engineering services, construction, and fabrication activities.
• Drive design and construction within budget and schedule milestones; manage change orders.
• Coordinate with regulators and range authorities to ensure site readiness and compliance.
