Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline is required.
Approximately 10+ years of manufacturing engineering or laser processing experience.
Hands‑on experience with laser welding, cutting, marking, or micromachining.

Responsibilities

Developing and optimizing precision laser processes including laser welding, cutting, marking and micromachining.
Evaluate products and customer requirements for manufacturing feasibility.
Develop manufacturing processes from concept through validation and production.
Support DFM and recommend practical manufacturing approaches.
Evaluate and select new manufacturing technologies and capital equipment.
Troubleshoot complex manufacturing and process problems.
Support equipment implementation, qualification and production scale-up.
Collaborate with customers, engineering, operations, quality and commercial teams.
