Job summary

Integer Holdings Corporation is seeking a Laser Engineer III in Minnesota to apply advanced engineering principles on broad assignments and drive manufacturing improvements. You will ensure compliance with QMS, FDA and safety requirements while developing new technologies to advance Integer’s capabilities.

You should have 5+ years in engineering, a bachelor’s degree in engineering (master’s preferred), and strong problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field; Master’s preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive engineering and/or technically focused roles.
• Strong problem-solving foundation with knowledge of problem-solving and project-management methodologies (6-Sigma, 8D, RCA, 5-Why, Ishikawa, Kepner-Tregoe, PMP).

Responsibilities

• Apply intensive and diversified engineering knowledge across broad assignments.
• Ensure safety, environmental, security, and quality requirements (QMS, FDA regulations).
• Investigate internal/external tech trends and implement best practices.
• Lead cross-functional teams on projects with moderate scope and impact.
