Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in metal fabrication or related work.
• Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints confidently.
• Ability to regularly lift up to 25 lbs and occasionally 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate large presses to achieve quality parts.
• Inspect materials and finished parts for defects.
• Conduct root cause analysis on die or press issues.
