Custom Sheet Metal Manufacturing Company seeking an experienced Large Press Set-Up Operator III to join our growing team at our facility in Mendota Heights, MN. This role is responsible for complex press set-ups, troubleshooting, and producing high-quality parts to customer specifications.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate large presses for complex tooling (draws, forms, progressives, etc.)
• Read and interpret complex blueprints and job routings.
• Perform root cause analysis on die or press issues.
• Coordinate with Tool Room and Maintenance for repairs.
• Train and mentor Level I & II operators.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of metal fabrication or related experience (press operation preferred).
• Strong blueprint reading and complex setup experience.
• Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

This is a direct hire, long term career opportunity, the starting pay range is $35-$45 an hour (doe) plus benefits and room for advancement.
