Qualifications

• Strong capability in reading blueprints and complex setups.
• Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate large presses for complex tooling.
• Read and interpret complex blueprints and job routings.
• Perform root cause analysis on die or press issues.
• Coordinate with Tool Room and Maintenance for repairs.
• Train and mentor Level I & II operators.
