Responsibilities

• Own 1st-party property losses with authority up to $250,000.
• Investigate losses and coordinate with SIU, Subrogation, and Litigation teams.
• Collaborate with insureds, contractors, public adjusters and attorneys on complex claims.
• Develop structural repair bids using approved estimation tools.
• Resolve claims across multiple states while understanding state laws.
• Respond to catastrophe situations as needed.
