Job summary

Qualifications

• Able to perform routine maintenance on equipment and determine when maintenance is needed.

Responsibilities

• Landscape and maintain grounds using hand tools and equipment.
• Plant, trim, sod, water, and mow to keep campus areas appealing.
• Operate light to moderately heavy landscape equipment.
• Plant trees/shrubs, lay sod, seed, and apply fertilizers.
• Report equipment repairs to the Facility Manager.
• Pick up litter and ensure high landscaping quality across campuses.
• Maintain equipment and coordinate with other facilities teams.
• Complete Dallas College professional development hours annually.
