Complete Landsculpture in Dallas, TX seeks a dependable Landscape Maintenance Laborer to join our maintenance team and keep outdoor spaces in top condition. You’ll perform routine tasks under the Maintenance Foreman, with emphasis on safety and efficiency.

This full-time role offers hands-on outdoor work, opportunities for training, and a supportive team culture as you gain experience maintaining lawns, beds, and edging.

Qualifications

• Experience with landscaping or grounds maintenance preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload landscape maintenance tools and equipment.
• Mow, edge, and trim turf areas using power and hand tools.
• Operate blowers to clear sidewalks, streets, and work areas of debris.
• Prune, trim, and hedge trees and shrubs for proper shape and health.
• Plant seasonal color, shrubs, and groundcovers; till soil and apply mulch.
• Apply fertilizers and soil amendments as directed.
• Water lawns, seasonal color, shrubs, trees, and groundcovers as needed.
• Maintain clean, weed-free planting beds and tidy work areas.
• Inspect and perform basic maintenance on gas-powered equipment.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• Communicate and take direction from the Maintenance Foreman and Account Manager.
• Attend training and safety meetings; apply learned practices on the job.
• Represent the company with professionalism and integrity.
• Work cooperatively as part of a team to complete projects efficiently.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
