Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience with revenue targets of 1.5M–2M+.
• Strong customer service and relationship management.
• 3+ years of management/supervisory experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, marketing, horticulture, landscape architecture, or related field.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage sales strategies to meet revenue goals and expand the client base.
• Establish annual and quarterly sales targets and track progress against goals.
• Implement a standardized sales process to optimize efficiency and success.
• Lead the sales process with landscape sales approach, industry knowledge, and estimating.
