Job summary

Kimley-Horn in Boca Raton, FL, is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead our Landscape Architecture practice. You will guide project strategy, nurture client relationships, and drive business development while coordinating a skilled team to deliver high-quality projects.

The role requires a seasoned professional able to mentor staff, manage budgets, and collaborate across disciplines to grow the practice and serve diverse public and private clients.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience leading a landscape architecture practice/studio.
• Registered PLA/CLA license or ability to obtain within 1 year.
• Experience developing relationships with extensive client contacts.
• BD and marketing experience including writing proposals, developing scopes of work, and budgeting for projected work.
• Strong ability to engage with clients and deliver projects with the team.
• Excellent communication at all levels and ability to mentor staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead business development efforts with local developers, public agencies and industry contacts.
• Manage and deliver projects for private and public clients.
• Build and maintain positive client relationships.
• Direct resources and mentor staff to ensure profitable project outcomes.
• Collaborate with partners to grow the practice and practice area.
