Job summary

Pacscape is seeking an experienced Landscape Water & Irrigation Manager to oversee irrigation and water management across our commercial landscape properties. You will act as the irrigation SME, delivering efficient, sustainable watering practices while upholding high client satisfaction.

This role provides guidance to field teams and collaborates with multiple departments to drive proactive strategies. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in commercial irrigation, strong system knowledge, and

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in commercial landscape irrigation or water management.
• Strong knowledge of commercial irrigation systems, installation, troubleshooting, repair and maintenance.
• Experience with smart irrigation technology, central control systems, and water management software.
• Ability to read irrigation plans, landscape plans, blueprints and construction drawings.
• Experience preparing irrigation repair estimates and water conservation recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Manage irrigation and water management programs across a portfolio of commercial landscape properties.
• Develop and adjust seasonal irrigation schedules based on weather, plant material and soil conditions.
• Conduct audits, site inspections, and system evaluations to identify deficiencies and improvements.
• Monitor water usage and analyze reports to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Program, maintain, and optimize smart irrigation controllers and central management systems.
• Provide technical guidance and best practices to operations and field teams.
