Job summary

Osprey Landscape Group in Mukilteo, WA seeks an experienced Landscape Water & Irrigation Manager to oversee irrigation programs across commercial properties. You will develop schedules, conduct audits, monitor water usage, and provide technical guidance without direct supervision, collaborating with Operations, Account Managers, Estimating, and Business Development.

The role requires 5+ years in commercial irrigation, knowledge of smart irrigation tech, and the ability to read plans.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years' experience in commercial landscape irrigation or water management.
• Strong working knowledge of irrigation systems, including installation, troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Experience with smart irrigation technology and central control systems.
• Ability to read irrigation and landscape plans and construction drawings.
• Experience preparing irrigation repair estimates and conservation recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Manage irrigation and water management programs across a portfolio of commercial properties.
• Develop and adjust seasonal irrigation schedules based on weather and plant needs.
• Conduct irrigation audits, site inspections, and system evaluations to identify improvements.
• Monitor water consumption and analyze usage to improve efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose irrigation systems and components.
• Program and optimize central irrigation management systems.
• Prepare proposals and cost estimates for repairs and upgrades.
• Provide irrigation expertise to operations and field personnel.
• Coordinate with vendors to source materials and new technologies.
