Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience within irrigation services, landscape installation or landscape maintenance industries.
• Knowledge of cloud-based and computerized irrigation controller systems.
• Strong knowledge of plant material and horticultural best practices.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite and basic software tools.
• Ability to manage budgets, scheduling, and quality control.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple irrigation installation teams and lead projects to completion.
• Train and develop irrigation installation teams; plan day-to-day scheduling.
• Coordinate materials, personnel, equipment, and subcontractors for quality work.
• Maintain safety, quality standards, and customer communication.
• Prepare estimates for time and materials; manage costs and deliveries.
