Job summary

Sunrise Landscape in Tampa, FL is seeking a Superintendent, Production Housing to lead installation crews on residential and commercial projects. You will ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery while coordinating with project managers and the procurement team.

With 8–10 years in landscape installation and strong leadership, you will drive productivity, manage resources, read blueprints, and uphold Sunrise’s standards of client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8–10 years of landscape installation or construction experience, with supervisory roles.
• Strong leadership, safety mindset, and ability to coach field crews.
• Proficiency reading blueprints and site plans; OSHA safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Direct installation crews to meet safety, quality, and schedule targets.
• Coordinate with Project Managers on workloads, materials, and equipment.
• Monitor labor and project costs, ensuring adherence to budgets.
• Maintain clear communication with clients and internal teams.
• Oversee post-installation activities and warranty support as needed.
