Job summary

Sunrise Landscape, a leading commercial landscaping firm in Florida, seeks a Production Manager to oversee field teams, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence, and high client satisfaction. You will lead Landscape Foreman/Crews, supervise daily operations, and drive safety and quality standards on every site.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in landscape maintenance with supervisory experience, a background in operations management, and familiarity with Aspire software.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in landscape maintenance, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
• Preferred background in operations management.
• Familiarity with Aspire software a plus.
• Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) strongly desired.
• Ability to prioritize and provide excellent client service.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and motivate crews.
• Deliver and maintain exceptional client relationships for a portfolio of commercial landscape customers.
• Manage daily operations and schedules for multiple landscape maintenance crews.
• Ensure maintenance jobs are executed efficiently and meet quality standards.
• Allocate labor, equipment, and materials to optimize resources.
• Conduct regular site inspections and address issues.
• Provide training and mentorship to crew leaders and field staff.
• Collaborate with account managers to maintain client relationships.
• Track and report on KPIs and production progress.
• Utilize ASPIRE software for managing crew schedules, logs and work tickets daily.
• Enforce safety protocols and OSHA compliance; report incidents.
