Job summary

MTH Landscaping, Inc. is seeking a Landscape Install Crew Manager to lead residential and commercial installation projects in Michigan.

This role requires ownership of the jobsite, crew leadership, equipment operation, plan reading, problem solving, and delivering high-quality results for clients. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience leading landscape crews, with hardscape or softscape installation, and the ability to read plans and lay out projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading landscape installation crews.
• Hardscape and/or softscape installation experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to read plans and lay out projects.
• Strong communication and a team-first attitude.

Responsibilities

• Lead a crew on landscape installation projects.
• Organize daily jobsite tasks and production goals.
• Train and mentor apprentices and crew members.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.
• Communicate job progress, needs, and issues with management.
• Help ensure projects meet MTH Landscaping quality standards.
• Maintain a safe, productive, and professional jobsite.
