This in-office role requires excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills, proficiency with estimating software and blueprint reading, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Construction Estimator or in a similar role.
• Strong ability to multitask across multiple projects and prioritize deadlines.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in estimating software, accounting systems, and blueprint reading.

Responsibilities

• Analyze drawings and specs, provide material take-offs, and manage cost breakdowns.
• Prepare cost analyses for materials, labor, equipment, and subs; review terms.
• Coordinate with Sales, PM, and Field Ops on schedules and RFIs.
• Organize vendor quotes and maintain industry partnerships.
• Document budgets in accounting software and conduct site visits for logistics.
