Qualifications

• 3+ years of estimating experience in landscape, hardscape, or site development.
• Strong understanding of landscape construction practices and materials.
• Proficient in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Review construction drawings for landscape projects.
• Perform detailed quantity takeoffs for site elements.
• Solicit and evaluate vendor and subcontractor quotes.
• Prepare bid packages and cost proposals.
• Attend pre-bid meetings and assess site conditions.
