Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership and accountability for all Enhancement Department operations.
• Oversees enhancement installations, irrigation projects, landscape construction, and specialty projects.
• Develops department goals aligned with company initiatives and budgets.
• Creates a culture of accountability, ownership, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
• Coaches and develops direct reports into future leaders and conducts regular one-on-one meetings.
• Ensures safety, quality standards, and regulatory compliance across projects.
• Monitors scheduling, staffing, equipment, and project execution to stay on schedule and within budget.
• Reviews labor efficiency, production reports, and job costing; manages department KPIs.
