A rapidly growing $5M landscaping firm in southern Genesee County is seeking a Senior Landscape Designer to lead the next phase of our growth. We specialize in high‑end, large‑scale residential landscapes, with projects frequently reaching into the hundreds of thousands of dollars. Our work is design‑driven, detail‑focused, and built for clients who value creativity, quality, and vision.

Base Pay Range

$70,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr

Additional Compensation

Responsibilities

• Design and manage high‑end residential landscape projects from concept through execution.
• Work directly with clients to elevate scope, refine vision, and enhance overall project value.
• Identify upsell opportunities within existing projects and uncover new design opportunities.
• Play a key role in firm growth through commission‑based earnings tied to project success.
• Mentor and train a junior designer as the design team continues to expand.
