The incumbent will work with superintendents, designers, and foremen, ensuring progress on projects, coordinating material logistics, and maintaining quality standards for year‑round work including snow removal.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 5 years of related experience in landscape operations.
• Valid State of Michigan chauffeurs license is required.

Responsibilities

• Create day-to-day work schedules for crews based on priorities, equipment, and weather.
• Assist landscape maintenance and supervise field crews on projects.
• Procure job materials as needed and organize logistics for pickup/delivery.
• Inspect trucks, equipment, uniforms, and safety compliance.
• Provide progress updates to project managers and sales staff.
• Lead crews in Foreman’s absence and mentor team members.
• This is a year-round role with snow removal responsibilities.
• Recommend training and process improvements to enhance performance and culture.
