Responsibilities

• Demonstrate full competency in all Construction Crew Leader tasks in both maintenance and construction.
• Assist Project Managers with planning, execution, and oversight of projects.
• Communicate effectively in English (verbal, written, and reading comprehension).
• Use smartphones and computers for reporting, documentation, and communication.
• Conduct follow-ups and inspections across multiple crews and job sites.
• Identify 100% of common landscape plants and annual color.
• Lead safety meetings and training sessions for crews.
• Train new hires and Crew Leaders in construction standards and procedures.
• Evaluate crew production and assist with hours budgeting.
• Acquire materials and ensure proper usage and documentation.
• Perform irrigation system walkthroughs and manage water usage.
• Maintain client contact and ensure satisfaction with project progress.
• Troubleshoot pest issues and recommend treatment solutions.
• Complete and submit work order status reports.
• Conduct vehicle inspections and submit vehicle requests as needed.
• Submit material use reports and purchase orders.
• Maintain monthly tool inventory and ensure accountability.
• Complete additional paperwork including bids, work orders, and performance evaluations.
• Review and sign timecards for accurate time reporting.
• Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of the role.
