Oakridge Landscape, Inc. invites a seasoned Landscape Construction Sr. Project Manager to lead large-scale commercial site developments from concept to completion.

You will oversee field teams, coordinate with general contractors, landscape architects, and inspectors, ensuring projects meet schedule, budget, and quality standards. With 5–10+ years in construction management of multi-million projects, you’ll drive planning, risk management, cost reporting, and client communication while building

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, landscape architecture, horticulture, or related field.
• 5–10+ years of progressive construction management experience on large commercial landscape/site development projects.
• Valid California driver's license with ability to travel to local job sites.

Responsibilities

• Understand client needs and develop practical solutions.
• Build trust-based relationships with clients, employees and subcontractors.
• Ensure work is delivered on time, on budget, and to high quality.
• Manage cost reports, budgets, and labor quantities to enable accurate tracking.
• Prepare monthly job billings and change orders as needed.
• Oversee dispatch of labor and equipment to sites and ensure safety.
• Represent the company with owners, architects, GC's and inspectors.
• Maintain logs and production reports for oversight.
• Lead field superintendents and crews to successful project completion.
