Job summary

Nlcinc is seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor to oversee high-end residential and commercial hardscape and landscape installations in North Andover, MA. You will guide projects from land prep through installation to final finishing touches, requiring a calm, decisive leader who ensures flawless quality and on-time delivery.

Responsibilities include supervising site work, interpreting blueprints, directing field crews, and enforcing safety and Massachusetts code standards.

Qualifications

• Proven track record as foreman/supervisor/project manager in hardscaping or construction.
• Technical knowledge of drainage, base preparation, slope calculation, and stone masonry.
• Experience operating heavy machinery and landscaping/hardscaping power tools.
• Strong leadership overseeing crews of 5–10 workers.
• Excellent communication with designers, clients, and management.

Responsibilities

• Supervise site preparation, clearing, grading and excavation.
• Oversee structural installations including patios, walkways, retaining walls, and outdoor stairs.
• Interpret blueprints, design layouts and technical specs.
• Direct daily field operations, schedule tasks and set performance targets.
• Enforce quality control per company standards and MA building codes.
• Promote safety compliance with PPE and heavy machinery.
