Michael S. Coffin LLC is seeking a Lead Mason - Construction Crew Leader for our Greater Boston area field operations. You will guide a small crew through high-end residential masonry and hardscape installations, ensuring craftsmanship and adherence to plans.

Responsibilities include reading plans on site, layout, and elevations, maintaining organized jobsites, and mentoring crew members while prioritizing safety. A valid driver’s license and DOT medical card are required.

Competenze

• 3-5 years of field-based landscape construction or masonry experience.
• Ability to lead and support a crew of 1-3 employees.
• Familiarity with reading construction plans and translating layout in the field.
• Valid driver's license.
• Valid DOT Medical Card
• Clean RMV driving record

We're seeking a motivated and skilled Lead Mason - Construction Crew Leader to join our field operations team. Qualifications
