Job summary

OJB Studios, a Populous Company, seeks a Continuing Care Advisor with 5+ years' experience to provide horticultural and landscape management consulting throughout a project’s lifecycle. You will bridge design intent, installation quality, and long-term stewardship, working with landscape architecture and maintenance firms.

Travel up to 30% is required. Applicants should have strong plant knowledge, project management skills, and experience producing technical reports, with proficiency in MS

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 5+ years in horticulture or landscape management.
• Experience in field assessments and technical reports.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with design teams, owners, contractors, and maintenance providers to ensure landscapes remain healthy and aligned with design intent.
• Develop site-specific landscape maintenance programs and resource guides.
• Advise project teams on plant performance, soil strategies, irrigation approaches.
• Prepare and manage landscape maintenance and tree care RFPs.
• Conduct landscape QA inspections and document plant health and maintenance practices.
• Generate site assessment reports and provide actionable recommendations.
