Job summary

Populous, a global design firm, seeks a Continuing Care Advisor to provide strategic horticultural and landscape management consulting across project lifecycles. The role bridges design intent, installation quality, and long-term stewardship of landscapes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in horticulture or related field and 5+ years in horticulture/landscape management.
• Experience conducting field assessments and preparing technical reports.
• Travel up to 30% may be required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with design teams, owners, contractors, and maintenance providers to keep landscapes healthy and aligned with design intent.
• Develop site-specific landscape maintenance programs and resource guides.
• Advise project teams on plant performance, soil strategies, and irrigation approaches.
• Prepare and manage landscape maintenance and tree care RFPs.
• Conduct landscape QA inspections and assess plant health and irrigation performance.
• Generate site assessment reports and propose corrective actions.
