Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in horticulture or landscape management.
• Experience conducting field assessments and preparing technical reports.
• Willing to travel up to 30% and manage multiple landscape projects.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with design teams, owners, contractors, and maintenance providers.
• Develop site-specific landscape maintenance programs and guides.
• Advise on plant performance, soil strategies, irrigation approaches.
• Prepare landscape maintenance and tree care RFPs and QA inspections.
• Generate site assessment reports and recommend improvements.
• Provide field training and horticulture education to staff.
