Job summary

BGE, Inc. is seeking a PLA Project Manager to lead planning and landscape architecture efforts from concept through design, permitting, and construction administration. This role involves mentoring staff, coordinating with clients and municipalities, and delivering practical design solutions across disciplines.

Location: BGE Inc. Frisco or Ft Worth office locations. The position emphasizes collaboration, leadership, and career growth within a people-focused firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture or related field from an accredited university.
• 6+ years in landscape architecture, planning/design, or related project types with PM experience.
• Experience leading projects from concept to construction documentation and entitlements.
• Strong knowledge of site planning, planting and hardscape design, grading and drainage.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and landscape architecture projects from concept through construction administration.
• Coordinate with clients, municipalities, and internal teams to deliver practical design solutions.
• Prepare site plans, concept plans, planting plans, and construction documents.
• Mentor junior staff and manage project scopes, schedules, budgets, and staffing.
• Support business development and client relationship management.
