Job summary

TERRA Engineering, Ltd. is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee a range of landscape architecture projects in Illinois. You will ensure on-time delivery, budget adherence, and QA/QC compliance while coordinating with internal and external teams to deliver high-quality design documents.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Landscape Architecture, PLA/RLA licensure, and 8+ years of supervisory experience. LEED or Arborist credentials are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture or related discipline.
• PLA/RLA licensure required; 8+ years of applicable experience.
• Supervisory/project management background preferred; LEED/Arborist a plus.
• Strong ability to communicate with clients and lead multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Participate in proposal development and interviews for a range of project sizes and types.
• Lead kick-off meetings and convey scope, tasks, and budgets to teams.
• Coordinate with internal and external multidisciplinary teams to meet deliverables.
• Monitor project financial performance and staffing to meet goals.
• Conduct QA/QC reviews and prepare client presentations with senior management support.
• Assist in recruiting and staff development; maintain relationships with clients.
• Oversee construction administration and close-out documentation.
• Ensure compliance with TERRA standards and guidelines.
