• Industry/ Organization Type: Architectural Firm
• Position Title: Senior Landscape Architect/Landscape Designer
• Working Location: Central North (Nearest MRT: Bright hill)
• Working Hours: 5 days (Monday-Friday: 9am to 6pm)
• Salary Package: Up to SGD 7000 + Performance Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Ensures that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while also maintaining strong client relationships
• Develop design solutions from conceptual level through construction documentation
• Prepare and produce landscape design presentations
• Create innovative design recommendations including applicable plant material recommendation
• Understanding of different climates and conditions to recommend suitable planting
• Conduct site visits/inspections relating to design briefing, project technical coordination and review
• Work collaboratively with team members and clients from design concept to implementation in accordance to client's requirements and aspirations
