Sales Agronomist III -Michigan/Ohio
We are looking to hire multiple sales agronomists Western Ohio and Southwest Michigan, Northwest Michigan, Northeast Michigan, and Southeast Michigan. In your application, please indicate your desired geographic region.
The Sales Agronomist (SA) plays a crucial role as a local expert on Bayer Crop Science products, technology, and innovations, advising key growers to drive in-season success. You are responsible for fostering business growth by establishing new relationships, identifying pain points, and providing agronomic-driven advice and insights throughout the season. Your expertise will be pivotal in expanding Bayer's market share and ensuring the seamless execution of agronomic strategies from planning to harvest.

Employees can expect to be paid a salary between $89600.06 - 134400.08. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant). Other benefits include health care, vision, dental, retirement, PTO, sick leave, etc. If selected for this role, the offer may vary based on market data/ranges, an applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications, and other relevant factors.
