Job summary

Site Design Concepts seeks a Project Manager with land development experience to lead design of site layout, grading, utilities and landscape plans in Pennsylvania. You will coordinate approvals with PADEP, PennDOT, and municipalities, and manage safety, budgets, and schedules.

The ideal candidate holds a BS in Civil Engineering or Landscape Architecture, 5+ years of related experience, and a PE or RLA license or path toward licensure, with strong communication and technical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Landscape Architecture.
• 5+ years of related experience.
• PE or RLA license or on the path to licensure.
• Strong organizational, technical, and communication skills.
• Land development project management experience is beneficial.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D is beneficial.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Design site layout, grading, utility and landscape plans.
• Prepare stormwater management, soil erosion and sediment control, and infrastructure designs.
• Obtain local, state, and federal approvals and permits for projects (PADEP, PennDOT, municipalities).
• Coordinate licensure pathways and regulatory approvals as required.
