Job summary

CLMI Group, LLC is seeking a Senior Landscape Architect to lead landscape design for Los Angeles Unified School District facilities. You will oversee staff and projects, provide direction to consultants, and ensure plans and documents meet codes and district requirements.

Role includes leading in-house landscape architecture and greening initiatives, directing construction documents, and coordinating with school communities. At least 10 years in design and 3+ years in supervision are expected.

Qualifications

10+ years of professional landscape architectural design experience on commercial/public projects

Responsibilities

Oversee the Landscape Unit staff, projects, and programs with leadership and technical direction.
Provide oversight to consultant landscape architects and design professionals.
Lead landscape architectural design, site planning, and greening projects for LAUSD facilities.
Direct preparation, review, and certification of landscape drawings, specs, and documents.
Coordinate with principals, teachers, parents, and community stakeholders on projects.
