Job summary

TBG Partners, Inc. in Dallas invites a Senior Level Landscape Architect with team leadership and project management experience to join our design-driven practice.

You will guide design teams, manage client relationships, and oversee complex projects from concept through construction documents. We value strong visualization skills with SketchUp and AutoCAD, effective communication, and a track record of delivering high-quality work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in landscape architecture, architecture, or urban design; master's preferred but not required.
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in landscape architecture, urban design, or planning with leadership and project management.
• Experience managing clients, complex projects and design teams.
• Strong graphic skills with SketchUp, AutoCAD and graphics software.
• Ability to communicate effectively and present at meetings.

Responsibilities

Our needs:

We have an immediate opening in our Dallas office for a Senior Level Landscape Architect with Team Leadership and Project Management experience.

Requirements:

• bachelor’s degree or higher in landscape architecture, architecture, or urban design (master’s degree preferred but not required)
• minimum of 10 years of professional experience in landscape architecture, urban design, or planning, with a proven track record in leadership and project management
• experience successfully managing clients, complex projects, and design teams
• strong graphic skills, including proficiency in SketchUp, AutoCAD, and graphics programs
• ability to think critically, communicate effectively, and produce high-quality work
• comfort speaking at public meetings and to small groups
• experience facilitating work sessions with groups of various sizes
