Job summary

TBG, a leading landscape architecture and planning firm with offices across Texas, is seeking a Landscape Architect/Designer in our Austin studio. With 5–8 years of professional experience, you will lead design and production across project phases while balancing creativity with project leadership and client relations.

You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, mentor junior staff, present to clients and stakeholders, and contribute to a collaborative studio culture.

Qualifications

  • Experience managing project tasks and coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
  • Strong written, verbal, visual, and presentation skills with proficiency in industry-standard design software.
  • Ability to think critically, solve complex design challenges, and consistently deliver high-quality work.

With offices in Austin, Dallas, Houston, and San Antonio, our more than 100 employee-owners collaborate on projects throughout Texas and across the United States.

We are looking for a Landscape Architect/Designer with 5-8 years of professional experience to join our Austin studio. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing design creativity with project leadership and building lasting relationships with clients and teammates.

Description:
