Job summary

TBG Partners invites a creative designer to join our Houston office and help grow our team across landscape architecture, urban design and planning. You will engage on diverse projects—from wetlands to play environments and resort hotels—while collaborating with designers from multiple backgrounds.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in landscape architecture, urban design or architecture.
• Experience with BIM and/or Revit preferred.
• Strong graphic skills including SketchUp, Adobe Suite and AutoCAD.
• Solid communication skills across multiple platforms.
• Self motivated with strong time management skills.
• Ability to think critically, communicate effectively and produce high quality work.

Responsibilities

• Grow our Houston office with diverse teams.

We are looking for a creative and well‑rounded designer to help grow our Houston office. Like our vibrant city, our office is extremely diverse. We have talented designers from 12 different universities and 6 different countries. Design challenges range from wetland restorations to engaging play environments to resort hotels and urban on‑structure and most spaces in between
