Job summary

W3Global is seeking a highly experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Bartlett, TN. The role leads surveying services, reviews legal descriptions, and ensures accuracy of final maps and plats.

The successful candidate will coordinate with project engineers and field crews, manage workloads and schedules, and uphold strict quality control within the survey department. TN licensure and 10+ years of experience are required.

Qualifications

• Registered Land Surveyor in Tennessee.
• Minimum of ten (10) years of Land Surveying experience.
• Must be able and willing to become registered in multiple jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all Surveying services including but not limited to: Title Commitment Review, Boundary Determination, Legal Description Preparation, Review of Drafting, Certification of Final Survey Maps/Plats
• Coordinate with Company Project Engineers and Field Crews
• Review Workloads and Weekly Schedules
• Maintaining Quality Control Practices for the Survey Department
