Actalent is seeking a skilled Land Survey Project Manager to perform precise boundary and topographic surveys, prepare plats and flood certificates, and support project teams from field to delivery. You will verify data quality, research records, and generate maps and reports for engineering and construction projects.

Travel to assignments may be required. The role requires LS or LSIT certification, proficiency with AutoCAD, Micro-Station, Carlson, and related tools, and a solid grasp of

Qualifications

Experience in land surveying and project management.
LS or LSIT certification required.
Proficiency in surveying software and standards.
Knowledge of federal, state, and municipal regulations.

Responsibilities

Perform topographic and boundary surveys.
Prepare plats, flood certificates, and construction stakeout.
Work closely with project managers and survey technicians.
Conduct field verification and quality control of survey data.
Research land and survey records and land titles.
Prepare plots, maps, and report deliverables.
