Korex NY LLC is seeking a Professional Land Surveyor and Technician to support residential development, commercial construction, infrastructure projects, and land records. The role involves field travel and preparing staking reports and survey plats, with collaboration from the office team.

The position requires licensure as a Professional Land Surveyor and a Technician certification, with proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, GPS/GNSS surveying, and total stations, to ensure accurate surveying

Formación

• Two or more years of experience in land surveying.
• Professional Land Surveyor license.
• Survey Technician certification.
• Knowledge of land surveying, AutoCAD Civil 3D, GPS/GNSS surveying, and total station operation.
• Experience with boundary analysis, survey calculations, and technical documentation.
