Job summary

Flint Hills Resources is seeking a Senior Right of Way Agent to support pipeline operations and capital projects, building strong relationships with landowners and stakeholders. You will collaborate with Project Managers and Operations teams to secure agreements, resolve land-related issues, and ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.

Successful candidates will bring economic thinking, sound judgment, and a commitment to safety and environmental stewardship.

Qualifications

• Five years of experience in land and right-of-way management including deeds, easements, leases, permits, licenses

Responsibilities

• Identify land ownership from company and public records
• Provide daily ROW support for maintenance activities
• Settle property damage claims from construction and operation
• Review encroachments and coordinate approvals
• Apply ROW processes and standard forms
• Identify performance efficiencies and improve processes
• Manage property acquisition including ROW easements, licenses or permits
• Direct contractor support for title and acquisition work
• Prepare cost estimates for ROW and other agreements
