Job summary

Trc Companies, Inc. is seeking a Title Manager to oversee multiple project title teams across the United States. The ideal candidate will manage budgets, communicate with clients, and lead performances while ensuring compliance with project requirements.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 5-7 years of experience in title management. The selected individual will also be responsible for mentoring project staff and conducting negotiations as necessary.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of related experience required, with at least 3-5 years as a manager.
• Must be able to plot out legal descriptions and understand metes and bounds.
• Strong preference for candidates with experience in responding to RFPs.

Responsibilities

• Communicates with the Client Representative and Director, Field Services.
• Create and manage project budgets, and reforecast monthly.
• Monitor team performance of Land activities and compliance to project requirements.
