Job summary

EPS Group, Inc. is seeking an Arizona-licensed Project Manager (Professional Engineer) to lead multidisciplinary design teams, drive project delivery from entitlements through closeout, and serve as a trusted advisor to key commercial clients.

You will mentor engineering talent, manage project financials, and shape communities across the Southwest within an employed owned, collaborative culture and strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil, environmental, or related engineering field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience with commercial land development projects.
• Arizona Professional Engineer license.

Responsibilities

• Sign and seal plans and reports under direction and management.
• Lead and oversee all team activities, including production documents, client management, internal team management, and project financials.
• Develop project timelines, milestones, and workflow; participate in new project interviews and meetings.
• Lead project kickoff and closeout meetings; coordinate with internal and external design partners.
• Serve as primary client contact to understand goals and represent the client in public meetings.
• Monitor project health by reviewing plans, budgets, schedule, and progress; resolve problems and coordinate activities.
• Delegate tasks; consult with external design teams; manage change orders and invoicing; manage permit submittals.
