Job summary

Contract Professionals, Inc. is seeking a Senior Civil Engineering Project Manager to lead land development and civil engineering projects in Scottsdale, AZ. You will oversee project delivery, manage client relationships, mentor engineering teams, and support departmental growth.

The ideal candidate has at least 10 years of civil experience, a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, and is familiar with site development, permitting, and utilities. Arizona PE license preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of civil engineering experience, land development focus.
• Experience managing civil engineering projects, budgets, and teams.
• Arizona PE license preferred.
• Experience working with municipalities and permitting agencies.

Responsibilities

• Manage land development projects from planning and design through permitting and construction.
• Oversee grading, drainage, stormwater, roadway, utility, and site development projects.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, forecasting, and profitability.
• Review engineering plans, specifications, calculations, and technical reports.
• Serve as the primary client contact and coordinate with municipalities, contractors, and regulatory agencies.
• Lead and mentor engineers, designers, and technical staff.
• Support business development, proposals, and client relationship management.
• Ensure projects meet quality standards, regulatory requirements, and deadlines.
