Spalding DeDecker is seeking a Senior Civil Engineering Project Manager in Michigan to lead a team of engineers and designers on land development projects. The role requires a PE in Michigan, a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, and 10+ years in the field, with 5+ years in project management and client relations.

Hybrid schedule with 3 days in the office per week. Responsibilities include managing scope, schedule, budget, and proposals, mentoring staff, and developing new business

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• Professional engineering license in Michigan is required.
• 10+ years of land development experience; 5+ years in PM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of engineers and designers on land development projects.
• Manage projects to a profit while meeting deadlines with quality.
• Maintain and expand client relationships.
• Develop proposals and pursue new projects and clients.
• Mentor junior staff and recruit for the team.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
