Entellus, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to join our Land Development team in Austin, Texas. You will manage a variety of project types including residential subdivisions, multi-family, commercial, and industrial sites, ensuring quality control on deliverables and strong client relationships.

You will also drive business development, mentor junior engineers, and guide project teams to successful completion with schedule and budget discipline.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of experience managing land development projects.
• Registered Professional Engineer (PE) in the State of Texas.
• Proven ability to manage scope, schedules, and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, negotiate, and manage scope, schedules, and budgets.
• Prepare and manage monthly client invoicing.
• Manage and mentor project team.
• Oversee land development projects through full lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain client relationships to win new work.
